Current Openings
User Interface Web Designer/Developer
- Experienced in creating user interface prototypes/wireframes on paper, PPT, Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator or on prototyping tools such as Axure / Balsamiq etc and LOGOs.
- Experienced in the information architecture & usability engineering and coming up with Web2.0 style structured, logical, intuitive, simple and clean way of translating user stories into screen flows, mock-ups/prototypes.
- Convert visual designs into W3C standard complaint clean markup (HTML/CSS/JS/XHTML) with cross browser compatibility
- Exposure to RIA technologies like Adobe Flash, AIR (Action Script)
- Working knowledge of troubleshooting using Firebug/Web Developer tools
- Experience with AJAX JS libraries like Prototype / Scriptaculous / JQuery or any other
- Defining User Interface standards, style guides and ensuring with the product development team to follow
Optional PLUS
- Experience with Ruby on Rails mainly VIEWs ERB/RHTML or any other scripting languages like PHP is a PLUS
- Exposure to RIA technologies like Adobe Flash, AIR (Action Script)
- Website Optimization, Google Analytics, SEM/SEO to improve the Google ranking and conversion rates
- Knowledge of iPhone, Android / other mobile devices user interface is a PLUS
Personal
- Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to details
- Self starter and ability to work independently or as a team on multiple tasks/projects concurrently
- Experience of working through an entire project cycle - requirements, design, implementation, review, testing and documentation
- Minimum 2+ year of professional experience, preferably with a product development team
Marketing & Sales Interns
Assist with the direct Marketing, Promotion & Sales of MOBEE.in Services and help build the channel, affiliates and alliance partners. The duties involve:- Market analysis & research and document
- Executing the Marketing Campaigns
- Identifying the potential clients/partners
- Executing market surveys to the target market, and interacting with Senior Industry executives
- Promoting Online/Offline - Direct/Indirect, SEO/SEM, good Content writing
- Presenting & Demoing and winning the customers
- Establish win-win relationships with the partners
- work with the partners to make them successful
- Initiatives to publicize the company and its products
You will work directly under the guidance of the management.
Knowledge & Skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, creative thinker, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills, thorough knowledge of MS Office(specifically Power Point PPT).
Candidate should be capable of initiating and maintaining strong personal relationships. In addition, he/she should be able to coordinate with all the departments involved to ensure the completion of the associated marketing programs. A high degree of organization and self-motivation is required. This person must quickly learn the product and the market. He/She must also stay aware of the upcoming company opportunities to ensure participation with the partners whenever it makes sense.
Prefer a responsible Junior-Senior in college working on a business degree (marketing preferred) with technical aptitude and mobile messaging specifically email and SMS.
